Approximately 1.5 to 2 Lac children are born with Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) every year in India. • Less than 5% of babies born with CHD undergo any form of cardiac intervention due to lack to proper medical healthcare and non affordability. • Our project aims to provide “Free Heart Surgeries” to these non affording children who come from lowest strata of the society. • All the surgeries are carried out at “Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital & Medical Research Institute”, which is a state-of-the-art hospital located in Andheri (West), Mumbai.
